We appreciate you shopping Low Ultraviolet and want you to love your sun protective purchase.

RETURN POLICY 

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted on items marked “Final Sale,” beauty products, gaiters, or hats. 

Merchandise must be unused, unwashed, and with original lining, tags, and bag. All returns must be made within 45 days of the purchase.

Please note that we cannot process your return if you do not use a Low Ultraviolet return label on your box.  Our return label includes specific information that allows us to process your return quickly and ensure you receive any funds due.

Returns

2. Enter your order number & follow the steps.

3. Affix the label e-mailed to you and drop off at a USPS office or with your postman.

4. Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your original form of payment, less a $8 return shipping label fee. Please allow at least 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your original form of payment.

Complimentary Exchange for a New Style

To get your new items fast, place a new order online for your replacement item.

Please email us at hello@lowultraviolet.com with your Order #, Name, and Sku # for the style you are returning AND the Order # for the new order placed. Or, click here to start your return.

We will email you a complimentary return shipping label within one business day, deduct any shipping costs incurred from the new order and make any adjustments necessary.

Incorrect Garment, Damaged/Defective Item or Duplicate?

Please email hello@lowultraviolet.com with your Order # and the issue at hand. We will email you a complimentary return shipping label within one business day and work to correct your order.
