What is your return & exchanges policy?

We are happy to process your return or exchange within 45 days of the purchase. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted on items marked “Final Sale.” Merchandise must be unused, unwashed, and with original lining, tags, and bag. 

Please note that we cannot process your return if you do not use a Low Ultraviolet return label on your box. Our return label includes specific information that allows us to process your return quickly and ensure you receive any funds due.

How do refunds work?

Refunds will appear on the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the item is successfully returned.

How long does shipping take?

All orders should arrive within 3-5 business days after they have been shipped.

Once the order has been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking code with the most up-to-date information.

All packages are shipped from Virginia via USPS First Class or Priority Mail once a day. Orders placed Saturday after 2 pm will be shipped out Monday. Please keep in mind holidays, natural disasters and other circumstances may delay these times.

How should I care for my Low Ultraviolet products?

1. Machine wash your UPF garment in cold water
2. If using detergent, use the mildest detergent you can
3. Do not wring out your garment. If excess water needs to be removed, wrap it delicately in a towel.
4. Lay on a flat surface out of direct sunlight to dry

Do you ship internationally?

We do not currently ship internationally, only within the United States. When this changes, all customers will be notified via social media and our newsletter.
